At BARKSTAK, we want you and your furry friend to be absolutely thrilled with our dog toy boxes. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we've got you covered with our Tail-Wagging Guarantee. You can return or exchange any items for store credit within 30 days for free.

Returns Policy:
Returned items are donated to local animal shelters and rescue organizations through our community partnerships.

Please ensure that your returned items are in their original condition and have not been chewed, soiled, or excessively used. If you are returning products due to sizing issues, note that toy sizes are carefully selected to match your dog's size, but we can assist with exchanges if needed.

Please note:

• Custom and Limited Edition Products: Returns are not accepted for custom-made or limited edition products. Custom items are tailored for your specific needs and cannot be resold. We can only offer exchanges for damaged or defective custom or limited edition products.
