Do you ship to my country? I’m not super familiar with online shopping.

What is your return policy?
We offer exchanges or store credit for any items that are in the same condition they were received for up to 30 days after purchase.*
Returned items are donated to local animal shelters through our community partnerships. So, if the toys aren’t quite right or if there’s an issue, click here to get started, and we’ll make sure it’s sorted out.
*In other words, please don’t send us back toys that have been chewed on or covered in mystery goo. We’d rather avoid any unsavory surprises!
