North America, Asia and Pacific:
From January 1st 2025

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an automated tracking number to monitor your package. You can also track your order directly through your BARKSTAK account.

Please note that some international orders may incur customs or import charges upon arrival in the destination country. Unfortunately, BARKSTAK is not responsible for these additional charges.

For our UK and European customers, customs duties are rarely charged as we usually cover these costs upfront on your behalf. However, in rare cases, they may still apply.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. Pay in cash directly to the courier upon delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready, as couriers may not carry change.
